Great stay!

We (4 adults and our dog) stayed 3 nights. The unit is pretty, clean, spacious and the pictures are accurate. The beach is a very short walk away on your own private walkway. We really enjoyed the deck. It was very quiet, too Everything worked. We appreciated that we could bring our dog, and that the furniture has covers on them.

Quick getaway

Lovely space & perfect for what we needed. Great to be able to bring our dog & so many dog friendly restaurants to take with us for all our meals. It was a perfect trip, perfect space, & we will be back!

Great location and view

Great property. We enjoyed our short stay. Would consider again. Just need to update kitchen pots and pans and overall kitchen equipment for cooking. Hard to cook dinner with supplies. Maybe have complimentary coffee would be nice.

I’ll start with the positive, location was great, everything else not so much. Stayed for 3 nights and that was enough. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and filthy. Tried to sit out on the balcony and that furniture was also uncomfortable. The shower curtain liner had mildew as did the washing machine. It kind of put a damper on our beach getaway.

Cute condo on the beach in the heart of the action

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Everything we need was provided in the full kitchen, including an ocean view. Easy access to the room from parking directly below. Great beach view, beautiful beach, comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements. Highly recommend

Great location, place was comfortable but not clean enough for the at much money. Cleaning products were left behind and the bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned. Kitchen could have been cleaner Place seemed “surface clean”

Beautiful Ocean View

We had a gorgeous ocean view even from the first floor. Easy access to the beach. Different amenities available- Wi-Fi, books, tv with Amazon fire stick, board games etc.. we lucked out on the weather and didn’t have any rainy days, so we spent most of our time at the beach. Our two pups enjoyed their stay as well :)

Enjoyed our stay very much.

My only issue with the property was the parking was tight. We have a big truck which made it a tight squeeze. My car would have been easier. Overall our stay was great and Alana was very easy to get hold of if we had questions. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was a quiet area which was great. Highly recommended.

Spring Break

We have been visiting CB for many years. Loved this property! Super location and pet friendly!!!! Condo was clean, well equipped and right on the beach! Once you park at the property leave your car there and walk. Everywhere else is paid parking and they are waiting to ticket you.I didn't have my phone with me so I left my vehicle for less than 3 minutes to get may daughter's phone to pay (she was in line a Britt's) and when I got back there was already a ticket. The lot was less than half full. We witnessed people being ticketed EVERYWHERE!!!

No more condos for us. Neighbors upstairs too noisy.

The porch was the best part of the condo. And the chairs the most comfortable. The dinette hard benches were not good. We like to do puzzles and/or play Rummicube at a table.

Five stars is not enough!!!

Carolina Beach has always been my home away from home. Due to a medical condition, I was unable to visit CB last summer. I was determined to see the ocean even if it was in the middle of winter. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend my days. The condo was in a perfect location and Alana was amazing as a host. I highly recommend this condo.

Condo was great, but there was construction the whole week. Unfortunately this was not indicated in booking. This impacted parking and I had to clean parking area daily for nails, would stay again with understanding of no construction at time of stay.

The host requests at least a 4.8 rating but I prefer honest reviews so that guests can make an informed decision. The location of this condo was great. Perfect location to attractions and great restaurants. The unit itself was not cleaned well and had very worn appearance. The couch has not 1 but 2 slip covers because it’s in such terrible condition. The washer is growing mold. And although I paid a steep cleaning fee, for the quality, this host asks for you to do the laundry before leaving (sheets/towels). The kitchen appliances did not work (broken Keurig and toaster) and when I reported this the host did bring different ones by the rental and was generally apologetic. There was leaking bottles under the bathroom sinks and just general clutter in cabinets & drawers of bath and kitchen. We didn’t even cook here because dishes were not clean and out in the cabinets as if they were (coffee still in mugs). Bathroom had crusted toothpaste on sink and mirror at check in. The HGTV days are long gone. This place needs renovations/refurbish and a deep clean.

4th of July Family Vacation

This is ideally located and super cute! You have your own access walkway to the beach and it’s a short walk to the boardwalk (less than 1 mile)! Our family had the best time! It’s also very close to the marina where we chartered an offshore fishing trip. Parking is extremely tight and the driveway is also very very narrow, we had a hard time with having a bigger truck and big SUV. It’s manageable, but narrow. Overall we loved the condo, it met our needs and staying right on the beach is amazing! The host was awesome, we had a minor issue with the entry code but she got that fixed asap so we could get settled. We will definitely be back!! I highly recommend!

Wonderful condo right on the beach

We only spent one night because we wanted to let our terminally ill dog experience the beach. This condo was absolutely perfect in every way.It's right on the beach - you walk out to the private walkway and you're there. No need to drive or look for parking. You can see the water right from the condo. There's also a mini-mart down the street that sells necessities but also has a kitchen with really good food.There are 2 parking spots available, both under the condos so it's shaded. It's the first floor but you still have to go up a small flight of stairs to get to the condo. There is a gigantic porch with a table and chairs off the living room that overlooks the water. There is also a smaller front porch off the main bedroom that overlooks the street. It's very spacious - it's an open design and never felt cramped at all. It was clean and well-maintained. We didn't cook but they had all the necessary items. There's a washer/dryer for longer stays. We wished we had stayed longer. We will definitely be looking for this place for our next beach trip.

Great location on the North End if you have pets. Corner store a block away makes a mean coffee and bacon, egg and cheese. Sunrise on the deck is a must. All this combined with an incredible host. We look forward to returning.
