Picture House, St Ives – Sleeps 5 - Off-Site Parking – Dog Friendly

  • Picture House is the perfect bolthole for friends and family alike. St Ives has always been a mecca for art lovers and Picture House lives up to that title, beautifully and lovingly decorated with artwork from a variety of local and national artists. Centrally located, Picture House welcomes dogs only and offers off-site parking for one car.
    Entering this colourful and cosy home, you will be greeted by the open plan living and dining room. Featuring a velvet sofa, armchair, Smart TV and cosy log burner. The living room makes the perfect spot for cosying up after a day in the sand and surf. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up a storm, complete with integrated oven, gas hob, Amica fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The mid-century dining area comfortably seats six guests.

    The main bedroom is decorated in relaxing blush pink and grey tones and features a king size bed with wooden clothes rail. The second bedroom is decorated in cool blue and grey tones and has the added benefit of a zip and link bed which can be made up as a super king bed or two single beds, offering great flexibility. The third bedroom, also decorated in cool blue and grey tones, has a single bed. The family bathroom has a bath as well as a separate rainforest shower, wash hand basin and WC.

    Outside is a small courtyard area with seating for four, ideal for a glass of wine and snacks while you enjoy the lovely evenings.

    Two Well Behaved Dogs are Welcome – A £20.00 charge per dog per week applies unattended or allowed on any furniture. Please note that dogs must not be left in the holiday home.

Lovely holiday property in a perfect location. Our only suggestion would be to add a set of drawers where space permitted in the bedrooms for more storage space. Other than that, the property is a good size, has a Co-op around the corner and is a 5 min walk to the harbour, perfect!
