Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. Great location, but flat was a little unloved
Great location with magnificent views. Could do with a thorough clean - pots, pans, cutlery were all a bit grubby. Bathroom fan was filthy and two of the lights didn't work. The rooms were comfortable, but many of the windows wouldn't open so was a bit stuffy. Kitted out with everything we needed though. All in all, we had a good stay and the area was terrific but expensive for the level of quality of furnishings and cleanliness.
