With the added convenience of on-site parking for two cars, guests can easily settle into laid-back beach town living or venture out to explore Cornwall’s stunning coastline, hidden coves, and scenic surroundings.

Unwind and relax after a day of adventure, curl up on one of the two comfortable sofas in the spacious living room and enjoy a film on the large wall-mounted Smart TV. This room, with a feature fireplace, has patio doors leading directly out onto the tiered terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary creations. Whip up a feast with everything you need including an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine for your use. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar with seating for two or gather around dining table in the living room.

The master bedroom on the ground floor boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite with an enclosed shower, wash hand basin and WC. Step out onto the private balcony and soak in the distant views across to Godrevy Lighthouse. The second bedroom also located on the ground floor has two single beds, a bedside table and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom is located on the top floor. It has a king-size bed with two chairs and ample storage and small balcony with standing room. The generous en-suite has a bath with shower overhead, wash hand basin and WC. The family bathroom is located on the ground floor and offers a large walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Access Statement – From the parking area, there is a small flight stone steps consisting of 8 steps down to the small courtyard area and front door. Chy an Pol is located over three floors and guests will be required to climb stairs. There are further stairs to the tiered outside area.
