"Went through Super 8s website for pre-check in to save time at the counter. I also elected to pay extra for an early check in. I received 8 different emails in the morning with the same check in information to complete. When I arrived, I still had to go through all the steps to check in and there was some type of technology issue where we stood at the counter for almost 30 minutes. Our reason for early check in to was to make it to an event by noon. We did make the event but had to rush through the check-in that we paid extra to have. Staff should have made the right decision at the time to give me keys and then manually enter the info when their system was back to operating properly. Then there was the nerve to ask me to join their motel club point system crap just to get free wifi. Upgrade your network to work properly for guests before creating a club point system."
