The property was clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, including a coffee maker for both drip brew and K-Cup. My son and grandson took the bedroom, and I slept on the pullout sofa, which was more than comfortable enough. There was an assigned dock for the boat we rented. We were late enough in the season that the fishing wasn't what we'd hoped for, but we still caught some largemouth bass, northern pike, and plenty of pan fish.The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time.

While the cabin was clean and comfortable, the area outside around the tri-plex was under construction. It was a longer walk to the lake/dock than we had anticipated. The boat dock was new and efficient. The lake itself was difficult to fish due to all of the under water growth.
