"The host was great to work with - very communicative throughout. We stayed in this same home last Christmas and they had made some upgrades which were much appreciated. #1 - they insulated the indoor play area so it is warm and cozy now! #2 - they closed in the game room off the dining area and it is quieter now. Overall, the home is well furnished and well maintained. Our kids love the indoor play area, especially the foam pit. They also appreciated the foosball and air hockey games. I like the large dining area so everyone can eat together. The kitchen is well stocked and the bar is easier to serve from. And, I appreciated the Christmas tree. We use it for our gift exchange area! Everything worked - everything was as advertised. I recommend this home for large family groups. (We had 40 people, with 26 of them being children!) "

"Room was spotless and bed very comfortable. Easy check-in. Loved the jetted tub in the room. Enjoyed spending the evening in the hot pool and therapeutic pool"

"The house was in great condition. Very clean and had everything we needed. The view is amazing! We had plenty of room for our big family. The beds were very comfortable, and the game room is fantastic. "

"Staff Ariele, in particular were great! Very friendly, very attentive and accommodating. My only concern is the internet situation. There should be a minimum type of free access. Then, for the gamers and anyone who feels they need greater (faster) access, a charge. The options given were also not flexible. We were there for 4 nights. If we chose to use the Worldmark wi fi, we either had to pat $9.99 a day, or $50 for 10 days. The access to the TV and casting. You are forced to sign up for in house WiFi. The whole WiFi situation was very frustrating. Enough so that I would pause to decide to stay at Worldmark again. It’s an unnecessary inconvenience. Other than the WiFi, I would definitely choose to stay at World mark facilities again."

"Plenty of space for our entire large group. The kitchen was excellent with two ovens, two sinks, two dish washers, large fridge and freezer. Plenty of parking. Kids loved the indoor slides, basketball, trampoline and theatre room. All light switches are well labeled. We enjoyed taking the kayaks and life jackets at the lake. "
