Although when asked, one staff lady told us there was no Bolt service in Germany and she would call us a taxi. We had been using Bolt in Germany for two weeks, and even Hamburg had the service. Did not have the breakfast so NA. Cleanliness was great but some shower tiles had mold that concerned me. Overall I loved the stay and would definitely recommend the hotel!!"
