It was right on the beach and a beautiful view from our room . Viewed an incredible sight of the Sun rising above the Atlantic Ocean ! Very comfortable room and bed and the kitchen was great. The office staff were so helpful with everything. Loved the place will go back again.

Weekend away with my husband.
The personnel at St. Augustine Beach House is the absolutely best! Always willing to help and always smiling. The view of the ocean is stunning! We needed a few relaxing days away, this hotel was the perfect answer. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay
We loved this place! Everyone was so friendly, the view was amazing, the breakfast delicious, and our room was so cute. We loved the shuttle that ran to/from the visitor center and the hotel. It was also nice to not stay right in downtown but on the beach with the downtown area only being five minutes away. We highly recommend Beach House!

Great location. Beach view. Didn’t like the fact that there is no elevator, but staff helped to get up and down when arriving and leaving. Very pleasant place to stay.

Location is great! Right on the beach. Loved having a drink on the balcony at night and watching the sunrise with complimentary breakfast the next morning! We WILL come back.

Relaxing beach getaway
We had a great time at this hotel. Good location close to downtown Saint Augustine. Free shuttle. The Vilano beach area was amazing fishing on the pier was great. The beach was great. The sunrises were great. Highly recommend this place.

The staff makes you feel at home. It was perfect for our golden. Quiet, clean and the location was awesome. Free shuttle and your pet is allowed. We’re already figuring out when we can come back.

Accommodations were perfect. Dog friendliness was excellent. Breakfasts were abundant. Front office was friendly, helpful, and informative. Would love to see a better availability for late check out other than $50 gets you an extra hour. Suggestion: Make sure the available beach chairs are in working order and beach umbrellas in their carrier have all the necessary parts. We didn’t realize these things until we had walked way out on the beach and had to trek all the way back.

It was a nice place to stay. Oceanfront, quaint and overall comfortable. Breakfast included was very delicious. Loved hearing the ocean waves from my room, even though 1 of nights there was a rowdy group that seemed drunk and while I was trying to sleep they were being loud and kicking the portable pottys on the beach and basically being troublemakers. We had no WiFi while I was there, which was a bit inconvenient, but I was told that they had an outage that week and they were waiting for a part. And lastly, we had a little situation with the cleaning lady that I was not very happy about since she left my room with a puddle of water, after apparently messing with my dogs bowls that were on the table, not even on the floor. It wasn’t a perfect experience but I hope to go back and have a better stay and give it 5 stars instead of 4.

Absolutely Perfect
Spent the night here for my wife’s birthday. We got the corner suite and it was perfect. Upon check in, we received a breakfast menu for our stay. You select what you want and then call them when it’s time for breakfast and they cook it fresh!! The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. There is a book in the room with a lot of local things to do but just sitting on the balcony and watching the beach was great for us. They are right on the beach and have beach chairs and umbrellas available for use at no charge. Did I mention it was my wife’s birthday?? I mentioned it to them at check-in. Then in the morning on her birthday they included a fresh baked cake and a card for her!! I was as surprised as she was. I literally stay in 75 hotels a year and this was the best one yet!! We will be back!!

Good but not great for $$$
We did enjoy our stay, but for $600 for one night it could have been better. The room was nice and clean. The view was wonderful. But the bed was hard and the wifi didn’t work very well, hardly at all. Breakfast boxed was a nice idea but they could have gone one step further providing homemade muffins or yummy bagels instead of thawed bagels with a freezer burn taste. If I had paid $300 instead of $600 I would have been happier.

We are prepared to offer mattress toppers for those who prefer a softer mattress. We are constantly working to make our breakfast awesome and we welcome feedback. Many of the changes we make are directly in response to suggestions from our guests. We hope you come visit us again!!
