WHAT YOU SHOULD CONSIDER: • CLASSIC: Our boat is classic, which is a polite way to say that it’s a little old. It’s clean and well maintained, but does have some age and outdoor related wear. • SMALL SPACE: This studio, 1 bathroom vessel measures 446 square feet. It’s perfect for 2 guests, but can sleep up to 3 guests in a pinch (though it may feel snug at full capacity). • BOAT BATHROOM: Boats have different bathrooms and are best for #1's so we built a marina bathroom facility exclusively for our Airbnb guests equipped with traditional showers and toilets
Q: Location? A: English Landing less than 1-mile to the heart of the historic district. A five minute Uber away! The boat is located in a private marina where our boat is slipped. This accommodation is for people looking for peace and tranquility over the river in the St. Augustine historic district.
Q: How big is the space? A: Taller sailors may need to duck but at 6'3" you can still stand tall. Photos may not be accurate to size. For more spacious vessels please visit our bigger listings available.
Q: What is a V-Berth bed? A: A V-berth bed is usually located at the bow (front) of the boat and has a V-shape so the bed tapers to the bow of the vessel.
Q: What is a Quarter berth bed? A: A Quarter berth is a single bunk tucked under the cockpit (end where the captain wheel is) of the boat.
Q: How can I see all of your places for rent? A: Click on our Airbnb profile (the round photo) & scroll all the way to the bottom below the aggregated reviews (on Mobile) or look to the left (on Desktop). You’ll see all of our listings
Q: 1 Night Reservations?
A: Yes! You can instant book or send us an inquiry!
Q: Is it comfortable? A: VERY! Our boats are designed with live-aboard / stay-aboard in mind with all the creature comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchenettes, premium furnishings, updated HVAC, TV, Keurig coffee makers… etc.
Q: Wifi? A: The Marina is equipped with a WiFi network. Codes will be provided shortly prior to check-in
Q: Any restaurants close by? A: TONS! Some of St. Augustine’s best are within a mile of the marina.
There is also a gorgeous waterside food truck park in The English Landing Marina. Features the area's most loved food trucks. Open 11-8 daily. Enjoy dining at our umbrella-covered picnic tables spaced ten feet apart. Handicap accessible and pet friendly.
Q: How to book: A: If you don’t have any questions after reading over the FAQ below then simply instant book. If you send an inquiry we’ll respond promptly, if not immediately.
Q: Why is the price so different for my dates? A: Airbnb automatically sets our prices based on demand & seasonality. If you don’t search with exact dates Airbnb shows the lowest price throughout the season. Prices range from $99 per night for weekday day-of bookings in January all the way to $499 per night for weekends during peak season summer and everywhere in-between.
Q: Bathroom… explain! A: The boat has a full sized marine toilet that is easy to use as long as you follow our simple instructions. The bathroom on the boat can be used for number 1's. Otherwise there can be odors from the tank. There is a bathroom facility for everything else!
Q: Heat? Air Conditioning? A: This vessel is equipped with BOTH ample marine Heat & Air Conditioning. No matter the time of year you can be assured that you will be staying in a climate controlled & comfortable environment.
Q: Can we take the boats out & drive them? A: We have our own captain to charter the vessels. We do not have bare bone charters. Please message us about our private cruises.
Q: Can we check-in early? A: Early check-in is available as early as 2pm for an additional fee of $20. Early check-in is subject to availability
Q: Can I checkout late? A: We will do our best. Most days there’s someone checking in the same day there’s a checkout but we try & go above and beyond if this is requested. Subject to availability and charges may apply.
Q: What to expect that's different than a hotel? A: It's a boat, it is a unique FUN experience. There may be noises and smells that you'd expect from a boat. Pumps, motors, ocean water, etc. Every boat is broken the day it hits the water, especially salt water. We take great care of our fleet but we expect guests to tell us if anything isn’t working properly & we will PROMPTLY respond & will try to repair it in a timely manner.
Q: Waves? A:. There is still a small amount of wave action and you'll feel a slight rock from time-to-time. If there's a bad storm or the wave action gets to a point that your stay is no longer enjoyable, we will do our best (no guarantees) to work out alternative accommodations for you. Your comfort is our top priority. 99% of the time the marina is almost totally flat and calm. If there is a tropical storm or hurricane warning issued in our county we offer full credits toward another stay on any of our vessels to accommodate the situation
Q: Do you allow pets? A: You bet! We ask that dogs not be puppies, don’t scratch at doors, and don’t bark incessantly while you’re away. The boats are close together & a non-stop barking dog isn’t appreciated. We DEEP clean the boats after pets stay aboard due to future guests’ possible allergies so a $50 pet fee per pet is applied for those who travel with pets with a maximum of two.
Q: Can we leave our pets unattended in the boat? A: No. But in case you have to, it should only be for a really short period of time( 30 minutes) and you should leave at least the bathroom hatch open. Pets might be uncomfortable or react to unexpected situations while inside the boat and during the summertime when temperatures are higher and if the power goes out and AC is off it might trigger some discomfort too.
Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties on the boats so the other guests can enjoy their stay. Quiet time after 10pm.
Q: Is the marina safe? A: VERY. We have 24/7 surveillance. The parking lot & dock is well lit & the marina is right off US-1 which is one of the main roads in St. Augustine. All boats lock from inside & you can padlock the door when you leave if you wish to lock up your belongings. We’re here daily looking over the fleet.
Q: Handicap accessible? A: No. You'll need to get on the boat which requires a 1-2' step and there are steps on the boat. The deck stairs are steep and you'll need to be sure footed.
Q: Parking? A: Yes, you can park your car. Since it’s a small private marina the walk to the parking lot from the boat is only roughly yards away.
Q: What if there is a hurricane advisory? A: If there are hurricane advisories issued in the local area we are happy to move the reservations to a later date or issue a full credit toward another reservation with us. This credit can also be applied to our cruises and is transferable to other vessels.
Q: Do you have a grill? A: Yes, you can use it for free.
Other Things to Note: We appreciate our military, law enforcement, first responders, nurses, and offer a 10% discount! Simply book with us and send us a form of proof, and we will apply the discount in the form of a credit back to you.

That Really Floats Our Boat!
Great little sloop, nicely appointed and very comfortable! Our 1-night stay gave us just enough inspiration to get to work on our sailboat.Nice price, too! Would highly recommend!
Loved the overnight stay in the sailboat! Clean, spacious (for a sailboat 😉) and gated dock with clean bathroom and showers! I’ll definitely stay again!
My little family of 3 stayed for only 1 night but what a fun and unique experience! Clean and quiet which is exactly what we needed after traveling all day!
My daughter and I enjoyed a great night playing games and drinking wine on the boat. Relaxing, unique place to stay.

Fun place to stay. Definitely too small for 3 people. Outside deck is a lot smaller than pictures depict, but comfortable. Inside was well kept and clean, but we noticed a lot of the dishes were put away dirty and the cabin curtains were not secure. Be mindful of small spaces if booking, including an elevated doorway to jump into the main bed.
We loved our stay! As life long boaters and having owned several sailboats it was great to get some "boat sleep"! The best sleeping situation you can get. The boat is pretty, clean and has all the comforts needed. The additional benefit of have several quality food trucks was great. The marina is clean with great restrooms with showets. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!!
It was great we spent some of the day relaxing in the boat before dinner. We arrived at the boat later in the night and sat outside to watch the stars. The sleep was spacious and comfortable.
Had an amazing time! Watching the sunset from the back of the boat and waking the sunrise. The boat is old and you need to be agile to get on and off. It’s a great test to see if you can live in a small space like a tiny home, an RV or even boat life. The marina with the food trucks was a blast. Food, music and friendly people. The only downside was the marina toilet was not flushing correctly but the shower was usable and the boat toilet was a little tricky.
Coming from the boating world, the boat was “as expected”. We had a great, relaxing time watching fish jump and other boaters passing along the waterway. Will definitely be staying again in the near future.
Fun atmosphere with the food truck court and music. Being able to eat right there was great.
Did not expect the music to play well into the evening. Could have been a little more peaceful by bedtime.
Overall a great experience!
Great location by food trucks and music. Boat was not in the best shape. Main cabin LED was on and switch was broken, so no way to turn off unless turn ALL lights off at the panel. This was disappointing. Check in and directions were great! No microwave on board.
We did not stay in this particular boat. This boat is for a young person for one night tops. We had trouble with the AC, the cleaning lady got us right away and moved us to a larger nicer boat which was fantastic. Owner is very responsive with answering questions. The Infinity Boat was perfect. Thank you!
Wow. If you’ve dreamed of sailing, but it’s just a dream at this point, stay on a sailboat here in St Augustine.
I really enjoyed the experience. Best sleep of my life too, gentle and occasional rock of the boat/waves is great.
Highly recommend, be packed/prepared to use the marina bathroom and showers. They were clean and comfortable also.
I hope we can come again sometime.
I’m so happy we did this. If you are looking for peace, this is it. Everything was as described, all you need is there, food trucks, music, place for your furry family member to go to the bathroom. On the boat you will find a comfortable place to sit outside. Keep in mind, this is small space. Enough for a 6 ft plus individual to stand up, but maybe not enough room to stretch in bed. Door was not as pictured. You have to put it together like a puzzle with 3 parts. Takes longer, if that will make a difference. Excellent stay overall, definitely will do it again
Novel property with a great view. You can stand inside without being seen yet have a great view of the horizon. I’m 6’0” and can stand inside without having my head touch the roof. You’d likely be too tall at 6’5”.
2 out of 3 windows on one side have significant leaks which tend to soak one of the couches, which is the only knock I can give it.
The marina showers are fine. The food trucks right outside of the dock gate are convenient. Check out was a simple as locking up, which is great.

Great idea but…
I like the idea of staying on a sailboat so my husband and I have this a whirl. The location of the boat provided for wildlife viewing in the mornings and evenings. During the day, driving to points of interest couldn’t have been easier. There were three disappointments with this property/host. 1)I did not receive check-in instructions until 3:20 pm the day of. This left me wondering if there was a misunderstanding with the booking and if the property was booked but not to me. I had some anxiety over this and even messaged the host but did not receive a response. 2) The boat has a musty/moldy smell. We had to sleep with the hatch open even though it was cold outside. 3) One night it rained. We did not open windows, just the hatch as the hatch is covered by an awning. We woke up to a bathroom and “hallway” that were both soaking wet. My clothes were on a shelf in the hallway and they were wet when I woke up. There are two leaky windows that need to be repaired.

We found the property to be very clean easy to find. The food trucks nearby are only open certain times but we hadn't planned on using them anyway. The property owner responded to our email is very quickly. If you go there on the deck there is a way to set up a table so you can have dinner on the deck. The instructions that we got didn't include that but we figured it out. The facility sleeps three but the third person should be a small child. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as something out of the ordinary. Also there are instructions inside which we didn't see for using the cabin lights so be sure to read them they're located on the right side of the cabin. We had a great time
