"Lovely Hotel ,great location...nice size room ...didnt like being charged a hold of $100 a night charged to my account ...not held like other hotels ...then tell you ...will be up to your bank on release ...probably would not stay there again due to this .."

"Convenient location, easy access to trams, shopping, cafes and restaurants. Modern bathroom, but shower floor was very slippery, and could be a safety hazard. Maybe management should consider some preventative measures."

"The room was clean but there was a strong urine smell in the hallway and some in our kitchen area but not the bedroom. It was not there the next day. It is located in an area with many oriental restaurants but no traditional ones."

"All rooms were well presented, beds were comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. I was easily able to extend my stay but needed to change rooms however the staff were more than happy to take my luggage to our new room. Over the course of 5 days I stayed in 3 rooms and felt all shower bases needed a good old fashion scrub to clean the grout as mould was present in all 3 showers. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
