Punthill Epping

Punthill Epping

10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay at Punthill as a family with two young kids travelling in from Sydney we were so happy with our stay. The accomodation itself was pristine and so comfortable. The staff were so accomodating and kind with all my requests and questions. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this spot to anyone who wants a comfortable stay. Reception always had a big smile when we walked in and were kind to help me unlock the door as we had two adjoining apartments, with coffee pods and catering to any question I had. Parking was super easy - both on location and a lot of parking on the side streets too. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely :)"

"Some great staff on the desk. Room cleaning was intermittent, restock of milk sugar, etc didn’t always happen. Towels were sometimes replaced, sometimes missing. Random tissues on the floor after a clean?"

"Mantra Epping is a great hotel, check-in was quick, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast service. The food itself was fresh and delicious, what let it down was the long wait to be admitted, the lack of cups available at the tea/coffee making area, no teaspoons to fit the small yoghurt pots they had and we ended up paying for a Barista coffee which was bitter. The staff were doing an excellent job, we just got the impression that they were under staffed for the amount of people staying / having breakfast."

RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort

RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort

8/10 Good
"We have been staying at the different RACVs across Victoria and this is probably our 3rd Favourite after Cape Schanck and Torquay. The layout of the floors were a little confusing as we stayed at the far end of the resort. The Housekeeping Room door was often left ajar when we came back to our rooms, which was rather unprofessional. Even the range of food at breakfast was limited and could not beat Cape Schanck’s range. The Pool was also the smallest of the RACVs. The saving grace is probably the friendly front desk who made it very welcoming. Still a 4 out of 5. But we won’t be back to this RACV resort."
