"Gorgeous property, well located. And (if you are going in summer - incredible air conditioning!). Staff was amazing and rooms were well appointed and clean. "
"Lisa and Graham were outstanding hosts. Morven House is a hidden gem, which is hard as its one of the most prominent and historical buildings in Carnoustie. A must stay if you're in the area."

"Everything was perfect. The staff is awesome and the accommodations were perfect "
"Staff were so friendly, extremely helpful in so many ways but in particular helping with my uncle and mothers mobility issues regarding scooter hire, with availability of their own wheelchairs also for use, my mother had a fall on day one and they were so good in helping too, fantastic care from all staff.
Hotel was immaculate, staff were immaculate and I really can’t fault them at all.
Looking forward to a return trip soon"
"Modern, comfortable double room perfect for our stay in St Andrews to attend a wedding nearby. Much nicer than other well known budget hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Room was spotless and bed comfy. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The location worked for us but it is on the edge of St Andrews and would be a good walk or taxi ride into the centre. If this doesn’t put you off then I’d definitely recommend staying here. As other reviews have said there are other flats being built on site. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was very quiet but I’d expect some noise during the week. "

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful 3-night stay in early August. We absolutely loved this home! It has tons of historic charm with tasteful modernization and decor. It was perfect for my husband and me, our teenage son, and my in-laws. We walked to everything, including the Sainsbury’s and Boots, (both around the corner), restaurants, shops, bookstores, cafes, castle, St. Andrews University and, of course, the golf courses. We loved the garden and the sunroom. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bedrooms were cozy! We appreciated the washer (in the kitchen) and the dryer (in the shed). Highly recommend! "
"Stayed at another property (high end) during the first part of my trip and the accommodations herein were better... Staff could not have been more helpful - special shout out to Lucy..."
