"Wonderful stay, everything was great, especially the hot tub, which we really enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. We stayed 3 nights and had an amazing experience overall. Vanessa at the reception was very nice and helpful and guided us well. The only small point was the pool hours until 5 PM, which we wish it had been open longer."

"Room: 😃 excellent cleanliness, dramatic scenic view, well designed and kept, bigger size than usual (specially the bathroom), unique features - The double shower…wonderful - the noise of the sea from inside the room…very relaxing. 😐 no toothbrush and paste provided, which based on my experience, typically hotels do. Although the noise of the sea from inside the room (door closed) can be relaxing, it can also give you trouble to sleep if you are noise sensitive - note when we have been there was windy and sea wavy. Location: 😃 Amazingly positioned at the west end of the beach, along the west costal path which lead you to Alum bay to west and Compton bay to est, ideal for hiking lovers. Facilities: 😃 big car park with barred entrance and exit, amazing view from the restaurants, good breakfast provided, service at the tables outside on the terrace restaurant. 😐 music in the restaurant at breakfast time, can not seat inside if you are very noise sensitive, bottled water is not included and very expensive. Amenities: 😃 library! 😐google shows there is a Spa, with indoor swimming pool, but THERE IS NOT! - it was the previous hotel being there that had it. Staff: "

"Brilliant House, in a great location, and all ten of us had a wonderful holiday!However, as we booked for Christmas week, we paid a large premium, and didn’t expect to find stained sofas with rips in, and essentially a lot of wear and tear (this is not the place to list them, but think dirty blinds etc) that should not be in a property sold as “luxury”. The house itself, is wonderful, but the fixtures and fittings no longer live up to that label.The fridge freezer broke down during our stay, and the owner was brilliant and organised a replacement straight away.*One thing that is worth noting is that we brought along our dog, and although the garden is great, and would be well used in Summer, it is not fully enclosed as the gate to the house remains open."

"Loved the location, by walks and the sea. The living space and bathroom areas are fabulous and large. Everything you could need in the kitchen, the drier was a bonus after using the hot tub (lush), we could dry our towels. Would stay again definitely. Hanging in bedroom was a bit wobbly, could do with fixing. A couple more hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would be useful. These are very minor though and did not affect our holiday at all."

"Beautiful apartment with amazing sea view. Stylishly decorated and very comfortable with everything you need for a stay away from home. I was patting myself on the back for finding this gem for my whole stay. Great restaurant and coffee shop within walking distance and lovely coastal walks. Lots of places of interest to visit as well, Osborne House and grounds are spectacular. We are definitely going to try book another visit. "
