"Pool was nice with lounging chairs available and 2 hot tubs. Hot tubs could have used a better cleaning as lots of leaves/bugs floating around in the water.
Loved being able to walk down to the village, we did the walk back up and regretted it as we are clearly out of shape it was a pretty serious hike back up. Free shuttle is super helpful and runs until 1:30am.
Front staff were super friendly.
Our toilet wouldn’t stop running or flush properly every time so had to keep taking the back off the toilet and moving the plug around to make it work.
A little pricey for the stay but that’s all hotels in Whistler. And parking being $25 wasn’t so bad. Overall we enjoyed our visit."
"Pros: beautiful property; great location; walking distance to village; lovely amenities; buffet breakfast at The Wildflower was amazing.
Cons: rooms need updating; walls in rooms are very thin; food at The Mallard Bar was subpar; coffee pods weren't replaced and water bottles weren't refilled without us constantly having to ask.
We enjoyed our stay overall but the lack of attention to detail fell short of expectations. "
"Room was clean; sound of the bar didn’t bother us because I don’t think we were above the bar, overall great stay, and would come back again. There is no on-site laundry, even though the website does say there is. Also, just be prepared for the fact that it is street parking only, which isn’t a big issue, but you’ll probably have to park at least 2 to 4 blocks away."
