"Was no breakfast, fridge didn’t work, front door dead bolt didn’t lock, commode tank would fill every 30 min. Got there and found a post that their nightly stays were about half what ai paid."

I had to walk back to other end of hallway, down stairs, get my keys reset and walk back up stairs and down hall to let my family in. Not one staff member seemed concerned about that. "
