We had to change the date of our arrival for granddaughter’s graduation and the original place couldn’t accommodate our party so canceled the first and booked with Tru Hilton. Glad we did. It was great; beds very comfortable, clean room, nice breakfast and overall excellent. Will stay there again next trip and was more affordable.

Friendly and helpful staff, and very convenient location to MSU. Nice area. Ample parking. Rooms are showing their age. No microwave, no fridge, beds not very comfortable. Bathroom lighting is poor and toilet paper is extremely thin.

The service was nice and helpful. We only stayed one night but the room was outdated and the air vent was completely missing. Overall the hotel seemed somehwhat dingy and worn down.

Beds comfy, rooms clean, modern but probably due to be updated in next couple of years. There is a small but efficient gym area, and pool. Really like the restaurant, cafe and snack availability as well as the very large comfortable lobby area.

Beautiful property. Fire pits and seating outside but, the carpet in our room was very dirty. One bed was fine. The other was very uncomfortable. It felt like there was a broken spring or something pointed inside the mattress. The AC and other things in the build were very noisy. I will not book there again.

Checkin was easy. Lobby/gym/bar/dining area seemed clean. Room was freshened while only somewhat cleaned & well stocked on day one. Stayed 4 days, but not once was my room cleaned or restocked. Even after requesting TWICE. 4 days of no hot water in the room was pretty aggravating. Tried the buffet; but you better avoid the eggs or else you’ll be courtesy flushing. After all that I believe I’ll be staying elsewhere anytime I visit Springfield Mo. from now on.

We have stayed at this property multiple times over the last 10 years & each time is just a bit less pleasurable. There has been a noticeable decline during each stay but I think this will be the last for us. The room we stayed at during this trip was supposed to be a “Pure” room. We noticed as soon as we checked in that our air purifier did not work. After further investigation, we found a whole wall of plug ins didn’t work. That left us with one over head light & one desk light for the entire room. We immediately notified the front desk & she said maintenance would check while we were out for the evening. When we returned, no repairs & we were left with just one working plug in to accommodate gadget charging needs for 3 people. There was a special filter on the shower that left us with dismal water pressure as well as a loud screaming sound emitting from the blockage of pressure at the filter. Wallpaper was peeling all around the room & it looked like the wooden doors were splitting from constant humidity/stagnant air. The beds were clean & comfortable, we felt safe in our room & surrounding areas. We also enjoyed the indoor pool & coffee shop. We came down for breakfast at 9:35 to a sparse buffet offering. Empty pastry section & rock hard biscuits with cold gravy. Good bacon & fresh fruit. Toaster, butter, PB&J but no bread. When I inquired about bread, I was told buffet closes at 10 so they wouldn’t be restocking. So sad to see the decline of a once great hotel.

Nice and quiet in central location. Blackout drapes were definitely BLACKOUT. Which is nice for people who travel for work and work nights. I definitely recommend and would return for the right price.

Reserved 2 rooms both had stained carpet and needs updated. One of the rooms was so bad we had to ask for a new one. It had what looked like a couple of blood stains on the carpet coming out of the bathroom was just really dirty. Staff was friendly. Was a little loud but not the hotel's fault. There was a baseball tournment and the kids just were not being supervised.

This property is older, the lobby are has been nicely upgraded but not really the rooms. Everything was clean and beds/pillows were comfy. The lobby area, because of building design, can be kinda looud.

Was super close to a concert venue at the Gillioz theatre. Safe and close walking distance. Really only bad things were that there was not a working ice maker on the 2nd floor. And, i dont know if all rooms were set up the same, but the shower was set up for someone handicapped. Wich is great. Except, the shower head was set up about chest high. So, you had to hold the shower head, wich completely came off while trying to use it. Nice thought, but impracticable with the stiff line that comes from the water source. Will come off again on the next person. A line that is softer would probably keep the shower head from unscrewing. All that said, i would definitely use your facility again.
