University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center Springfield
No one at the front desk or would answer the phone when I tried to call about no hot water. Could not take a shower. And the room stayed uncomfortably warm even though I turned the thermostat down to 64. Never staying here again.

Bass Pro Shops Angler's Lodge
Room was very clean, towels and sheets seemed new. Excellent care regarding our dogs. Breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast but fresh.

Best Western Coach House
We booked the wrong night, but we were able to fix it and the manager was very accommodating. We had great difficulty closing our door and locking it in the computer chair was so filthy. I can’t believe it wasn’t thrown out. Other than this, the bed was comfortable.
