"Booking was easy with Expedia. Hotel was nice, plenty of parking, staff at check-on were helpful and friendly. Coffee shop is a nice touch. Room on the 7th Floor had poor A/C and circulation, mentioned at check-in, no one could tell us if/when maintenance was coming or had came to our room before we came back from dinner and a comedy show (after 5:30pm and after 11:30pm). No hot water at 11pm at night and 6:30am in the morning which we thought was bizarre. Staff apologized with a shoulder shrug. Slightly higher expectations, but not too upset as we were just in town for a date night and needed a place downtown that was affordable and clean/comfortable."

"Beautiful room and space, cool spot, but the ceiling in the hallway was leaking. The drains were clogged and the window shade couldn't be drawn. The little things that were off/broken were a real nuisance. Clean but not well-maintained. Would try it again, but a more responsive phone number would be good since it's self-service. And fix the sinks and faucets!"
