"Totally are not informed until you get there that they are going to charge you a extra $15 if you are in a smoking room and then a $20 deposit for the non-smoking room that is up to their discretion on whether or not you smoked in the room (even if you didn't) if they think u did that $20 is gone. Very poor maintained property and 90% of the other guests live there and are disrespectful and think because they live there that they own it or something. Idiots!!!! Period."

"Nice big room with nice additional seating. Huge updated bath. Also the facility was meticulously maintained outside creating a nice welcoming appearance. Friendly staff and a large, clean breakfast area."

"I stayed for 5 days and everything was absolutely terrific. Everyone was super helpful and nice. Had suggestions for things to donun the evening and local restaurants. I would definitely stay there again."

"I chose this place because of the price. I got what I paid for and don’t regret my decision. It got the job done for the two nights I needed it. I was on a ground floor room. It had a funny smell. The lights were life sucking fluorescent tubes and bulbs. While clean, there were visible maintenance issues. But everything was functional. If other options weren’t so significantly more, I would choose elsewhere. But this was a 3-star price, and a solid 3-star experience."
