Newly renovated 1600 square foot apartment with new HVAC, carpet, flooring, updated bathroom with tub and shower, and updated kitchen.
Separate Heating and Cooling for upstairs and downstairs for those that like different temps on different floors. A king size bed, one queen size bed and one full size bed in three private rooms easily allows 6 people to sleep comfortably. A 58" TV is provided in the living room and a 55" TV in the Master Bedroom await for those who just want to chill and watch a good movie. Smoke detectors and CO detectors are located throughout. A Bluetooth soundbar in the old China cabinet is provided for those that want to listen to their favorite music.
You will have access to the entire unit, along with a private washer and dryer on premises. Ironing board and iron are available in the bathroom, along with a hairdryer for those that may forget. Fire extinguishers are located under the sink in the kitchen and in the end pantry. Crib is located in the Master Bedroom closet along with stairway gate.
