"We had an issue with a broken door lock and had to move rooms, which took some time and disrupted our sightseeing plans. However, the staff handled it well and were very apologetic and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay — the hotel is nice, the rooms are modern, and the staff were all kind. Special mention to the young gentleman working at the lobby who was always friendly and helpful whenever we passed by."

"Great place. Easy parking and easy access from main highway. Did not have breakfast but room wonderful. 2 x double bed in a suite for a family of 4. Each side of the suite has a double bed facing a large TV. Microwave, sink and kettle really helped. Lovely big bathroom. All round really nice place. We drove to P+R Lederburg and took number 1 or number 3 tram into the centre. About 6 stops. Would stay again. "
