"Staff are great to deal with and very helpful. Pool needs extra care, shower in pool is not working, pool sides needs deep cleaning and floor of pool has couple of peeled spots ...ice maker in 3rd floor is not working .. Breakfast was great and decent varieties"
The Castle at Swan Lake

"We stayed at the Castle at Swan Lake for 5 days after being evacuated due to the wildfire. Overall, the room was clean, though a few spots could have used some dusting, the sofa looked a bit dirty, and the carpet could have used a wash. It was spacious, with a king-size bedroom and an attached bathroom right as you walk in, followed by an open living room and kitchen (no door separating them). Upstairs, the loft had a large room with an open-style bathroom (sink and tub), though the toilet itself was private. The kitchen had most of the essentials, but a few more items would have made cooking easier. The room also had a large balcony with a nice view. We stayed in the second building, and my only wish is that there had been more than one handicap parking spot at the back of that building. If we needed extras like toilet paper, paper towels, or more towels, we had to go to the front desk to request them. The hotel does have an overflow parking lot, which was great since we were towing a motorcycle trailer. There's also an onsite restaurant (which we didn't try), a nice pool and hot tub, and two barbecues by the pool (which we didn't use either). We'd stay again — the hotel was very quiet at night, which matters a lot to me."

"We just had an excellent stay at this property. The property was lovely and the views stunning, The property was exactly as described, actually better, and also bigger than we expected it to be. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in simple. Friends were staying at other properties locally and this place was by far the nicest."

"We spent 14 days in this great suite with a beautiful view over the lake and mountains. It was clean and airy and sitting out on the deck with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine was a delightCory is a lovely warm host who provided everything we needed and the location worked very well for exploring around Vernon. We would definitely stay here again"

"This home exceeded every expectation and was the perfect place for our vacation. The property is beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with luxury finishes throughout. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and it truly felt like a high-end resort with all the comforts of home.The swimming pool was fantastic and became our favorite place to relax after a day of exploring. The basketball and pickleball court was an incredible bonus, our family spent hours playing together, and it added so much fun to the trip. There was something for everyone, whether we wanted to be active or simply unwind.The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, and every detail showed that the owners genuinely care about providing a first-class guest experience. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making check-in and our entire stay effortless.We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental and are already looking forward to staying here again. If you're looking for a luxurious, well-appointed home with amazing amenities, this is the place to book. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely stay. The unit was exactly as described. The suite has been nicely renovated was very spacious. Our family especially liked the reclining sofa and love seats! The airconditioning and additional fans were a blessing in the hot weather! Beautiful view of the lake from the front patio... especially during sunset.The host, TJ, was very responsive to requests. The only issue we had was finding the home...it's not very visible from the street. We couldn't see the address. A marker of some sort (if not a sign, a flag or painted rock) would have been helpful?We would definitely come back in the future!"
