"The property sits on Hwy 97 at the north end of the city. It is convenient if you come from the north. The building is aging but the interior is well kept. The bath tub in our room is deep. It may not be the most suitable for those with mobility challenges. We like the good-sized desk and the armchair in our room. The parking lot filled up quickly. It is also used by the patrons of the Denny's. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The housekeeping staff was helpful."

"The breakfast was fine. They have quite a selection.. As they are in the middle of renovations they had all the tables and chairs set up for the morning. The room was very clean as we stayed in one of the renovated rooms. The only thing missing was a handrail to hang onto while taking a shower. The staff was friendly. The hot tub was definitely hot."

"Room was ok bed was good manageress was very nice,and surprised to see that they had some fire fighters staying there as well, only stayed one night but all was well if ever in Vernon again we may be back Thx"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Jolene's place. Jolene responded immediately when we had questions and we were thankful for the air conditioning units in both the bedroom and the living room. Everything that we needed was provided and it was very quiet. Thank you, Jolene, for being a great host!"
