"Waren im Oktober 25 in dieser Villa und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Zwei 5 köpfige Familien auf zwei verschiedenen Etagen mit seperatem Eingang. Herrlicher Garten und grosszügige Umgebung. In 2 Gehminuten ist man am wunderschönen Strand von lu Impostu. Auf der Veranda hat man sogar ei wenig Meerblick. Nicoletta war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat rasch reagiert. "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Karex sehr genossen. Wir waren 11 Personen und hatten genügend Platz in dieser Villa. Die Villa war sauber und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Das Pool und der Garten sind sehr gross und ein Traum. Das beste ist die Lage der Villa - innerhalb von 3 Minuten Fussweg ist man an einem sehr schönen Strand. Auch die Betreuung durch Sardinia Unlimited war sehr gut. Wir können die Villa Karex und auch Sardinia Unlimited uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen."

"Beautifully located with access to wonderful beaches (car is a must). The complex while full of residences gives one a sense of seclusion. The house feels quaint and country, full of tradition. The host was wonderful, answered all questions and was very welcoming. "

"I have no hesitation in recommending this property. Excellent in every way. Particular stand-outs for us: close proximity to a great beach with four loungers and an umbrella provided, great outside dining area with bbq, beautiful gardens and view from roof terrace. Super helpful host. Only 30 min drive from Olbia airport."

"We needed to stay at this property, with just one day's notice to the host. Aleesia made quite an effort to have her home ready for us, and even allowed early check in for use of the WIFI for a remote business meeting. The kitchen is well stucked with cook ware, plates and cutlery. There was 1 wine glass, 6 mugs and 2 cereal bowls. It was so peaceful to enjoy our dinners on the patio with the amazing view. Indoor-Outdoor living at it's finest. The home is attached to another via one wall. We heard nothing while in the home, but when in the backyard could hear children playing, and whining (!) in the yard next door. This was periodic, not continuous. Since the house sleeps 7, we thought that it would have more than two loungers in the backyard to comfortably recline and enjoy the view. But there were just 2. Wifi was perfect. Washing machine was a blessing. The recyling program is complex. I found the instructions on the internet. The communication before we moved in was great, but after was not so great. Any question or problem we contacted the owner for, we were told to contact her house manager. We tried to call, what's app and text him with either no answer or no reply. He does not speak English and we do not speak Italian, so even if he replied, it would have been difficult at best. But this all melts away with the most glorious nearby beaches!
