"Spacious and clean accommodation near beautiful beaches of San Teodoro and local amenities. The host Mariana was lovely and the price was pretty affordable for its size and location. However, the check in instruction given prior to arrival was a little confusing as the address given was not correct. Check in time was also quite late starting at 5pm without any flexibility. The apartment could also benefit from having more amenities such as salt, pepper, toaster, kettle, coffee and tea. Otherwise it’s excellent"

"The best thing about this property is the friendliness of the staff. They do everything they can to help make you comfortable. The breakfast was nice and they even provided a recipe for an item that we enjoyed. The condition/decor of this property is a little dated but the rooms are clean and acceptable. The WiFi speeds are not the fastest but that might have been because the room we got was the furthest from the reception and we were reliant on a wifi repeater. It didn’t help that cell service is also limited due to being away from major towns on Sardinia. Overall, cozy/quaint hotel with a good staff/breakfast and a good location for exploring this part of the island. Rental car highly recommended."

"We had an amazing stay at this property! Lina was a perfect host, communicating clearly in advance and responding immediately to any questions we had while we were there. The apartment is lovely and even nicer than in the photos, and the balcony and solarium are a real bonus! The pool is amazing and was always pretty quiet when we stayed. The location is perfect, there are so many beautiful beaches only a 5min drive away - our favourite was Punta Molara. It's so easy to get there from Olbia airport (car rental needed for sure though). The area is lovely and quiet and there are a few great restaurants just a 5/10min walk away plus a gelateria. Would definitely recommend booking this property, thanks again Lina!"
