"This was one of the best vacations we have ever had in this resort. The beach was one of the best I’ve spent 14 days at, the pool was nice too. The amenities they provided like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion all acqua Parma high end products. I had a spacious room and housekeeping came twice a day and did a great job. I attended a start of summer party which they did very well with everything included, live music, drinks and gourmet food from their restaurant Gusto, it was a great night. Tuesday is pizza night where they have a pizza truck on the premises for 30 euros per individual pizza, fun night. On Wednesday they had Sardo night with traditional local entertainment and typical Sardinian food also a fun evening. The maître d'hôtel would come around in their restaurant and explain the fresh fish available and how it is prepared, one night they prepared for me half lobster with pasta and red sauce for 118 euros. Local Sardinian wines were available and delicious, I pretty much ordered the same one daily for 60 euros. Breakfast was either buffet or order from a menu with eggs made to order or a buffet with everything you can imagine all included with your room. I didn’t have a rental car but if you wanted to experience another restaurant in neighboring towns it was 10 euros per head each way on their shuttle. They have a wonderful bar area with live music daily, I had a grey goose 18 euros with club soda 10 euros extra, my wife had an aperol spritz 23 euro "

"Nice hotel, near Cala Brandinchi, it has comfortable cabins well equipped for families, nice staff, specially Cinthia the safeguard, which was really nice with us. Restaurants are nice, 40 min to Olbia and 2 hours to Cala Gonone. The beach hotel is ok, but no so beautiful as other beaches of Sardinia. The good thing is that beach is almost private for hotel guest. Great hotel to go with kids of 4-13 years old"

"We needed to stay at this property, with just one day's notice to the host. Aleesia made quite an effort to have her home ready for us, and even allowed early check in for use of the WIFI for a remote business meeting. The kitchen is well stucked with cook ware, plates and cutlery. There was 1 wine glass, 6 mugs and 2 cereal bowls. It was so peaceful to enjoy our dinners on the patio with the amazing view. Indoor-Outdoor living at it's finest. The home is attached to another via one wall. We heard nothing while in the home, but when in the backyard could hear children playing, and whining (!) in the yard next door. This was periodic, not continuous. Since the house sleeps 7, we thought that it would have more than two loungers in the backyard to comfortably recline and enjoy the view. But there were just 2. Wifi was perfect. Washing machine was a blessing. The recyling program is complex. I found the instructions on the internet. The communication before we moved in was great, but after was not so great. Any question or problem we contacted the owner for, we were told to contact her house manager. We tried to call, what's app and text him with either no answer or no reply. He does not speak English and we do not speak Italian, so even if he replied, it would have been difficult at best. But this all melts away with the most glorious nearby beaches! "Beautiful place but need improve. The gym area it is not for a 5 stars review. It looked completely abandoned. A few machines dated and the only one treadmill does not work. Disaster. The girl at front desk said that we can go to run on the street.. so unbelievable.. the food was not as expected and the breakfast as well .. so limited. Trust me I am from USA the 5 stars hotels comes with an incredible breakfast buffet, this one was cheap ! "

"I booked the property for two people, but a total of three stayed. The owner demanded an additional €300 for a third person via a bank transfer or cash. I called VRBO customer support and they said the third person should stay for free according to the terms of their agreement. More than 3 people would cost more, but for 2 or 3 there is no difference. The most the owner can ask is €6 in tourist tax. Other issues: the WiFi did not work after numerous attempts. The bathroom counter has to be kept completely dry otherwise the material bubbles up. "
