"The location of this property is amazing, 10 minute walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and some historical sites and natural beauty to explore. The property I think appears larger in the pictures and the single area in front of the door where you can sit outside could benefit from a few pot plants but the property is beautifully air conditioned, clean and the host was very accommodating and communicative on getting us set up and sorting any queries we had. A great stay :)"

Late September and was quite to very quiet No rush or hassle Be prepared to climb a few steps if you want to see the old town Couple of days here is fine. "Splendid is certainly the right description! This property is better than the pictures. The owners are always available for any issues you may have and do their best to make your stay a pleasant one. The drive to get to this wonderful home is worth the amazing views. We were there for 7 days with family(adults and kids) for my husband’s 70th birthday. We swam in the perfect pool, made pizza’s in the pizza oven and great beach day trips. My only suggestion is bring extra towels as there is only one bath towel per person provided and mosquito repellent. Sperlonga is magnificent, enjoy."
