"In linea generale tutto bene, proprietaria gentile, impiegata dell'agenzia gentile e disponibile, posto incantevole, vista dalla terrazza ben rappresentata dalle fotografie.Un bemolle : nessun "kit di arrivo" (carta igienica a parte). Domenica pomeriggio abbiamo dovuto fare la grande spesa perché non c'era un goccio di olio, o sale, insomma il minimo che troviamo quasi sempre dovunque ci capita di andare. Basta poco a rendere perfetto un luogo ... Grazie."

"Casa molto bella, nuova e confortevole, anche se molto appartata e isolata dal mondo, quindi consigliata a famiglie numerose o gruppi. L'unico problema riscontrato è che siamo stati una settimana senza linea telefonica cellulare, anche se la casa è dotata di un apparecchio telefonico attivo, ma senza adsl...quindi si può dire un po' isolati dal mondo. Ci hanno detto che il problema lo stava risolvendo la Telecom, quindi ad oggi non so se è stato risolto."

"Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Letizia ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft und das komplette Anwesen sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere vierköpfige Familie und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool mit tollem Blick über die Berge auf das Meer war das Highlight! Was man jedoch beachten sollte, das Haus ist hellhörig. Wer empfindlich ist, hat besser Oropax zum Schlafen dabei. Auch leben einige Tiere auf dem Anwesen - freundliche Hunde,...

"The view from Casa Belvedere is spectacular. We enjoyed the chance to sit on the terrace and experience the beauty of Gaeta and the rustic and quaint nature of the apartment. The steps down to the port (160) were a challenge but great exercise. However, the apartment could use some added touches similar to what we have come to experience from VRBOs across Europe. "Some rooms are updated more than others but the only difference is the bathroom. AC is good. Bed is good. Room is clean. Room cleaning staff is good. Breakfast is good. Restaurant for dinner is good excellent. Food staff/waiters are excellent. Everyone very nice. Only drawback is the stairs to go anywhere on the property. You will descend and climb hundreds of stairs on a daily basis. So you need to be in shape to stay at this hotel. There’s not much to do in Gaeta city overall. There’s a lot of restaurants some good and some ok."

"The apartment was great! Highly Recommend! Antonio, the owner, was a great communicator. He gave us instructions on how to arrive from Rome, and arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the train station. Check-in was easy. The apartment is simple. It has everything you need. Everything was pretty clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, plates, etc., and we cooked most of our meals there. The kitchen did not have any type of condiments - salt, pepper, oil, etc, so make sure to bring your own. It was nice to have a washer and drying rack. It was super hot during our trip and the AC worked great! The only con about the apartment is that it was listed as having, "one double bed and two singles OR 4 single beds." However, it has one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that can fit two people. It was a miscommunication of the beds descriptions on the website. So just keep that in mind if you need two single beds. It was tight but we managed. Two beach beds and 1 umbrella is included with the reservation! Huge plus!! This apartment is not located on the beach so FYI. But the owner of the apartment has a deal with a nearby beach bar for the beach beds and umbrella. The beach bar, Lido Baia Verde, was about a 10min walk away. Very easy to get there. We went there everyday and had a great time. The owners/staff of the beach bar were nice. The beach is sandy and very clean. The water was amazing! Would definitely come back. Thanks, Antonio!"

Splendid Villa with private pool and stunning views in Sperlonga, near Rome

"Splendid is certainly the right description! This property is better than the pictures. The owners are always available for any issues you may have and do their best to make your stay a pleasant one. The drive to get to this wonderful home is worth the amazing views. We were there for 7 days with family(adults and kids) for my husband’s 70th birthday. We swam in the perfect pool, made pizza’s in the pizza oven and great beach day trips. My only suggestion is bring extra towels as there is only one bath towel per person provided and mosquito repellent. Sperlonga is magnificent, enjoy."
