"This was our first time staying at the Pacific Inn and it was a great choice. First, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room had obviously been remodeled recently so everything was neat and clean. It's also a perfect location, just a short walk from the historic main street in Seal Beach. There's nothing fancy about the Pacific Inn. If you're looking for a Four Seasons, keep looking. This is a pleasant property that works hard to deliver a nice stay for guests. We'll be back!"

"Family of four. Two teen children along with my wife and I. We enjoyed our stay. There were a few small things that were wrong but nothing bad enough to ruin a trip. We loved the price. Low nightly rate compared to others. The breakfast was okay. It was buffet style but a lot of the food was stale or cold. It happens if it’s not busy because food just sits. There was also no way to reheat your food in the eating area. The pool was nice. It was warm. Hot tub warmer! The pool was small so if others were in it’s crowded easily. The room was good enough. We had a king suite with a sofa pullout. When we walked in the light switch was broken. It’s a sensor light and the sensor is broke. So you had to turn it on a few times to get it to work. The door into the king bedroom had a broken handle. Screw laying on the floor. I fixed it myself to not bug the staff. The bed was comfy enough. If you’re tired enough you’ll sleep any where. The kids hated the sofa pullout. As most do. Very uncomfortable. The floors and ceiling are thin. You can hear all noises. People were running all night until at least 1:30am above our room. That was annoying. Other than that we had a good time. Lots of food options around us and only an hour drive away from almost everything. We will be back again"
