"Not water front hotel. Annex one is remoteded from the main Hotel. No elevator to the third floor. No reception desk. Hard to check in. Almost one hour taken to check in and to find a place to park a car. No information given about where to park even if being asked.."

"It was my first time using digital passkey so it was a little confusing but nice way of going in and out. The room was clean and subtle. Bathroom was really nice. We came late night it would have been nice to have free bottled water In the fridges just like the complementary tea/coffee is provided as the places.around the area is closed. Other than that, really nice. I didn’t like the pillow, it was too high, I’m not sure why it was so high and small. The room also has a controllable AC. We left the place and came back at night and our beds were redone and it was really nice. "

"We found that the hotel was in a very convenient place because there were tram and bus stops only a couple of minutes away from it. The actual room itself was very nice and clean. The bed itself was very comfy and clean too, we didn't find anything bad or unclean. The vending machines in the lobby downstairs were also very useful. Overall we really enjoyed our 3 night stay there!! :)"
"Well equipped room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good choice of food for breakfast. Great that we could hire bikes from the hotel. Easy to get to and from the train station and didn't take long to get into Amsterdam.
Zaandam restaurants were nice but the walk there in the evening we felt uncomfortable with the many youths hanging about."
