"Such a lovely apartment and location - about 1km from middle of Broadbeach where restaurants and supermarket etc are. we personally loved the location as was quiet of a night but still close enough to everything. Super close to the beach - very good cafes only couple hundred metres away for morning coffees etc - great views and super modern and clean areas. We used the bbq and pool/spa areas which was great. "Positives: Overall good bang for your buck. I was up high in a 2 bd apartment and the views were gorgeous, location was perfect to just walk out and eat or shop. Room was neat and tidy. Free parking. Negatives: No cleaning service during your stay even if for 4 days. Toilet seat was broken, couch was stained, dusty in the wardrobe which got all over my clothes and a lot of the cutlery/dining ware/cups were dirty. But as they asked me to clean all dishes and take rubbish out myself before...
