"It is an old school roadside motel. The current owners have done a great job renovating it. Great value. The rooms are on the small side but that is just due to the age of the place."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and there was a kcup coffee maker. The sheets were scratchy and we had to ask about the WiFi password. The 10 digit code on the door was a little tricky entering each time but enjoyed the view and sounds of the stream from the front porch. "

"We stayed in this home for our daughter’s move-in weekend at WCU. It’s close to campus and many things in town, but maintains a seclusion that makes you feel equally rested and rejuvenated. We could have sat in the rocking chairs on the porch for hours. The host was extremely responsive and the well-stocked home has everything you need. It was a very comfortable place. Our Boston Terrier enjoyed the pet-friendly stay, too. "

"The home was better than expected! It's located in a quiet and beautiful area and is super close to the historical part of Sylva. The hose was super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. They thought of every little detail which even included coffee filters which we completely didnt think of lol. Sitting in the enclosed back deck and listening to the stream was very peaceful! The communication with the host was very good! I highly recommend this place if you plan on staying in Sylva! If i could give it a higher rating I would! It gets a 20/10 from me!"
