"The staff was amazing. But our heater in our room was horrible sounding had to turn it off. In which there was a blizzard out. Thankfully it did stay warm in our room. The heated pool was the best. I understand homelessness but to let people be staying in the parking lot in their vehicle is uncomfortable for people staying there. "

Very icy road surface on the property. Staff did their best and put down gravels in front of your cabin everyday but it remains sheet of ice most of the day. Be careful driving and walking "
