"Guest Relations, I am writing regarding our recent stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites. During the night, the fire alarm was activated multiple times due to what appeared to be a maintenance failure. These repeated incidents caused significant disruption and made it impossible to sleep, resulting in a completely sleepless night. We specifically chose your hotel to ensure a restful stay before continuing a long road trip the following day. The lack of sleep not only caused considerable discomfort but also directly affected our ability to drive safely the next morning, which is a serious concern. This situation reflects a clear lapse in proper fire alarm maintenance and guest safety standards. While I understand that emergencies can occur, repeated false alarms due to preventable issues are unacceptable. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for the stay, as the primary purpose of our booking—a safe and restful night—was not met. "We stayed for one night but it was what we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful at the desk, breakfast hit the spot, and it was a great location!"

"Easy parking, nice staff, good location but very basic. The biggest issue is there appears there is no service elevator so the poor staff is dragging all their carts and stuff in the main elevator. There are no amenities for this hotel. I will say if I was traveling with kids and needed a full kitchen or a longer stay for work it would be nice. "

"It was very clean. Our check-in was easy and Matt was very helpful. He told us the powwow was in town and we went to it and it was very. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. Also when we had questions. I definitely would stay there again."

"Shower leaking water through glass door onto tile floor. Fabric sofa in our room soiled and worn out, interior bathroom door pealing at bottom of door, hallway carpet in serious need of cleaning. On the upside, breakfast area clean and food fresh. Staff friendly and loved the bright open lobby area."
