"The pool was nice. Property was secluded but still walkable to Branson main attractions. Warning: this is more of a time share type deal so they will try to have you buy in. The room was pretty small and awkwardly shaped. Hard for a family to spread out. However, we would totally stay here again. The amenities were awesome. "

"The shower drain clog every time I took a shower. Even with a short shower I would be standing in ankle deep water and I was there 3 days. I could not find staff most of the time and they were not friendly most of the time. My last night there I was woken up at midnight to the sound of 2 high school age girls arguing and fighting out in the parking lot. When I was leaving I could not find a hotel cart and the elevator went offline. I had to make 5 trips hauling gear downstairs from the 6th floor to the 1st floor, including the last trip hauling a 50-60 pound cooler."

"I would like to first say your staff was completely amazing!! This was our second time here and the staff made me feel like we been knowing each other forever!! They also was so darn helpful. I accidentally put my reservations in my maiden name and the staff made sure I got my king suit for our anniversary. "

"Parking was good. Breakfast was cold. Room was good except bed was really hard. Fridge was not cold and tv was broken. Best plus was the jacuzzi tub was on point so it made all of the rest ok. The room was very clean. Ok value for the nightly cost and we were only staying 2 nights. "

"This is a good place to take kids if you’re in Branson and just want something easy where everything is in one spot. The kids will have fun and there’s enough to keep them busy for a while. That said, it’s definitely not a high-end resort. The buffet was pretty bland, just your standard buffet food, and the arcade is pretty limited. Check-in was also slower than it should be. I waited about 30 minutes just to get to the desk. The pool area is decent with the wave pool and slides, but that’s really about it. After a few hours, it felt like there wasn’t much else to do there. The hot tub was also underwhelming and felt more like something you’d see in someone’s house than at a resort. Overall, it’s not bad, just a more basic, family-focused place. If you’ve ever stayed somewhere like Great Wolf Lodge, this isn’t on that level. But if you’re just looking for something simple where the kids can have fun, it does the job"

"The lodge employees were very friendly and informative. The place was beautiful and clean. There were so many activities on site. It is a very quiet location but only minutes away from entertainment."

"The stay was just average and for the price we were charged, it was very underwhelming. They had every opportunity to make our wedding night a great memory, but the hotel is just getting run down. The carpet was damp and the linens were stained. The staff were acting like robots just reciting a script. The aquarium across the street was absolutely incredible! It was the only thing about this Bass Pro location that was enjoyable."
