"Everything was amazing best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Very friendly staff they helped really well with our aquarium tickets. The barista at the coffee shop was really nice and the breakfast staff was great as well. The location of the property was amazing. It was right in front of the aquarium and the water show. Very close to everything. They made our honeymoon an amazing experience."

"The breakfast was cold every day, the syrup that was labeled hot syrup was not just cold but just out of the refrigerator cold. We reserved a suite two months in advance, when we got there they said that no suites were available. It is not like we showed up at 11:00 pm, we were actually early. So why were there no suites? The refrigerator in the room barely kept our beverages cool let alone cold. The ice machine on our floor was broken, we were told to go down one floor for ice, that one was also out of order. We were there for 5 nights and the same debris was in the hall way the whole time. The tub had a strange spongey bottom which was really weird. Never again. "
