"Dirty around vent. No body wash in container in shower. Glitter on the floor. Something spilled on the front of tv stand and desk and not washed off"

"We checked in with Jessica. Over the top friendly, informative, seemed to truly enjoy her job. Interactions with her several times always smiling and accommodating. Room key didn't work. She made new keys and came upstairs to make sure they worked. Lady from housekeeping on our floor greeted me, asked if I needed anything. Asked her about a blow dryer. Instead of telling me to go to the front desk, she said she would get me one. Again with a big smile and positive attitude. Great experience....
