Location was great - could do with a really deep clean and fresh paint, especially in the kitchen.
Kitchen area wasn’t particularly clean - especially around the hob. Wouldn’t really choose to stay here again, but it was OK.
Bathroom needs refurbishing, broken floor tiles and one tile sinks into floor when standing on it rotten floor supports. Towel radiator full of rust. Bath sealent moldy. Overall cleanliness of bathroom poor.
Kitchen pots, glassware, cutlery, oven all not very clean. Foil trays for using in cooker.
Fridge was also not very clean and rusty.
Now the positives
Apartment in a great location for visiting Portsmouth and southsea no need to use car most things within 10-20mins walking distance.
Beds clean and comfortable, towels clean.
Overall we enjoyed our visit but would have been even better if the cleanliness had been a lot better.
Street car parking easy no problem.

Great location.
Bathroom needs refurbishing, broken floor tiles and one tile sinks into floor when standing on it rotten floor supports. Towel radiator full of rust. Bath sealent moldy. Overall cleanliness of bathroom poor.
Kitchen pots, glassware, cutlery, oven all not very clean. Bought new wine and tumblers, foil trays for using in cooker. TeaTowel was filthy luckily we had brought our own.
When arriving at apartment had to ring because entry key pad not as described had to use normal key.
Now the positives

Easy online booking. Excellent communication with owners. Perfect location for the seaside and local amenities. Well priced for a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Looking forward to staying again.
Let’s get rid of the negative as the positives out way them. Dish cloth and toilet brush were dirty. Kitchen cupboard needs fixing. Now all the positives...the flat was in an excellent position in the city for the beach, city centre, old Portsmouth, gunwarf and the kings theatre. The flat was clean and tidy and was very comfortable. Excellent beds. Even though it is right next to a main road it was really quiet but perhaps a fan could be added for the hotter months as the windows open would be too noisy at night. A lift is available which was a bonus. Parking on the main road was really easy and there was plenty of parking spaces. Overall an excellent stay. The communication was excellent at all times.
