"Room was very basic but was overall ok. Bed was hard. Very limited English and the comprehension of staff was hard. Limited drinks and pool closed early at 7:30pm. Resort ran out of a lot of basic stuff like pepsi. Close to mini mart across the road but Grand world itself was very underwhelming. Needs to be more exclusive shops and eateries "

"Great location. Hotel lobby was stunning. We had a room on the 4th floor which was a really spacious room, sort of designer old fashion, but the downside was the noise of chairs dragging across the 5th floor restaurant and bar above. Ok, it was quiet between about midnight and 6am but was still a disturbance. That said when this was raised they offered a different room, so no real complaints. Staff overall were pleasant. Great location"
