Our experience at Venice Hotel Phu Quoc was mixed, with both positives and clear areas that need improvement. Although the hotel upgraded our room to one with a better view, which we appreciated, the floors throughout the entire hotel were very dirty. It honestly felt like the floors were not being cleaned regularly, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. We also had to deal with ants in our bedroom for one day. While the staff did fix the issue once it was reported, the situation itself is not something you expect from a hotel aiming for a higher standard. The hotel is really worth it if your main goal is to enjoy the night show, especially if you manage to get a room on the fourth or fifth floor with a beach view, that part of the experience is truly enjoyable. Another major downside was the very strong and unpleasant odor coming from the street drains, which the hotel seriously needs to address, as it impacts both comfort and first impressions. In terms of location, the hotel is far if you plan to explore the north of the island, but it is very convenient for Sun World experiences, so this depends on your travel plans. Service-wise, it felt inconsistent. About 50% of the staff were extremely professional, while the other 50% were not. One morning at 8:00 a.m., we requested two beach towels and waited over 20 minutes, only to be told they had just one towel available, which was very inefficient and frustrating.

We fully enjoyed our few days at this hotel - the beach facing huts have all required facilities and are very clean and well maintained. The staff were attentive and keen to help. The beach and sea were lovely, and it was easy to get transport to various parts of the island to explore more widely.

All around amazing. Great location, attentive staff, beautiful beach, and delicious, fresh food! The bbq on the beach was very memorable. I’ll never forget this place.

The room at Luna Sol was beautiful and clean. The views from the balcony were stunning and the cable cars were not far away as you could see them from the room. We had a great view of the Symphony of the Sea show from our balcony which there are fireworks displays which we got to watch free of charge!! There were multiple buggies that took you from the hotel to anywhere you wanted to go which cost 15,000 vnd pp. Sunset town was amazing, plenty of restaurants and bars, we loved the night market which was always busy and a great atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Luna Sol to anyone who wants a great stay with amazing sunsets also. We would love to come and visit again sometime in the future.
