"This is literally the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Not just in Vietnam but in the US as well. I highly recommend to splurge a little because it’s affordable in Vietnam to stay here. The service is phenomenal, the Breakfast made to order as well as buffet, and in the center of everything to walk to. Check out the Cat Cafe on the corner. Thank you to Katie and Asher for a final farewell. Can’t say enough good things about Vietnam as well as this fabulous hotel. Oh and get a balcony room. Always elevates the experience."

"Centrally located to shop eat walk to major attractions. It’s a bit crowded because it is inside the shopping mall, however, rooms are very quiet. I would stay again. Remember in VN all hotels pool not heated, it will be super cold during winter. Summer pool is not as warm as USA’s pool. Jacuzzi and pool are on lukewarm or on the cold side."

"Very polite, respectful, and professional staff. The room is spacious and clean with modern decor. The shower doesn’t drain well, so sometimes it floods up to your ankle. When you turn off the shower, it usually drains in about five minutes. The window isn't airtight so that you will get street noise, and there’s a club next door with music on sometimes until 11 PM. Overall, we love this hotel and highly recommend it for its location, location, location; spacious, clean room with modern decor; professional staff; and reasonable rates. This is it."

"Hotel is great, perfect view and convenient location. The garden walk inside hotel is also very comfortable with many photo spot. I also want thank Ms Truc who helped me to arrange the shipping of one important short suit lost in room when checked out, my wife was very happy because she got this item back. I have no Vietnam No., so I can not pay when I receive the shipment. Ms Truc kindly paid it before shipping so I finally receive this item in Hotel Grand Saigon. I truly appreciate. Will say here again during my next visit."
