"We love the history of this old hotel. It’s being nicely redecorated. It was comfortable and roomy. Service was excellent, but it seems like they are a bit understaffed. We loved sitting in the yard rocking chairs. "

"We stayed two nights. The front desk staff (Laura, Patricia & Mgr. Carol were outstanding! They helped us upgrade to a larger bed to ensure our 42 year marriage did not end on their grounds! 😜 The rest of the staff including the wait staff, concierge etc were also of highest caliber. We really enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel! "
