Thank you for taking the time to post your comments following your recent visit.As you correctly state, the carpark is owned and maintained by the local council and as such, we have no control over its condition. However, free parking is a bonus not afforded in many other places in the vicinity. The TV’s in all rooms are fitted on movable brackets to enable them to be positioned as required. Our wine list compares favourably with similar establishments in the immediate area; we do not compare ourselves to Brewers Fayre. It is our usual practice to ask our departing guests if their stay has been enjoyable and we can only apologise if this was not the case on this occasion. However, we would expect any serious matters to be raised with us during the course of the stay.

The mattresses in all of our rooms are high quality, contract beds as supplied throughout the hotel industry and are replaced on a regular basis. We do have mattress toppers available for any guests who prefer a soft mattress, so if you decide to return, please let us know in advance and we can arrange this for you.
