"I was hesistant to write this review because I want to keep this hidden gem all to myself, but figured it was only right to share. I would never consider staying anywhere else. This place was awesome and had activities for kids of all ages. There is only one thing that would make this place even better, is if they had another restaurant that was a little more upscale. All in all my family and I loved it and can’t wait to come back! "

We’re experiencing a storm before we head to the airport and the hotel has extended our room check out time to assist us . Staff are very friendly and professional. The garden area is pretty . "

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that took away from the experience. The positives first. The room was clean, and the common areas of the hotel were generally well maintained. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly, polite, and professional. However, the hotel feels quite outdated, and that became noticeable during our stay. The AC unit is inside the room, and every time it turned on it was loud enough to wake us up throughout the night. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We booked an ocean-facing balcony, which should have been a highlight, and the view itself was nice. Unfortunately, our balcony was directly above rooftop HVAC units from the restaurant below, and the noise was constant and very distracting. It was loud enough that we couldn’t comfortably sit outside or have a normal conversation. On top of that, the roof below our balcony had visible debris and garbage, which really took away from the overall feel of the room and the price we paid. The most disappointing part was overhearing another couple nearby discussing what they paid for their room, which was about half of what we paid for what seemed like a very similar setup. That left us feeling like we significantly overpaid and took away from the overall value of the stay. Overall, while the hotel has some positives, the noise issues, condition of the property, and pricing inconsistency made the experience frustrating and not worth the price we paid."
