Despite the hotel being quite busy, he personally made sure our room service order was delivered promptly and correctly. "Clean, beautiful hotel with classic Art Deco with a twist of modern style. Everything was great including matcha lattes in the lobby bar and location to all the great restaurants in downtown. Only issue was average water pressure in shower."
