However, the Aysel Hanim Konaĝı Hotel and related other hotels belonging to the same group company weren't able to manage the business proprerly and their advertised features were not present at all. Especially, no wi-fi, no proper security features, basic items such as toilet paper, towels were missing. The refrigrator...

"No internet nobody are inside for the reception to greet you finally I found a number to call I had to go to a different location to check in and check out it’s the street parallel I had to walk with my luggage on stone street and also breakfast is served there no small refrigerator also and no internet other people complained horrible stay"
