I arrived after many hours of travel and at reception I repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi so that I could use translation and speak with people… They would never give it to me. I had a picture of a room with one double bed and one single bed, and they took me to a very dark room with only one small bed and very small room. "No wifi on room. Unconcerned. No hot water in shower. Fixed but only the next day. Shower lacked caulk so water went everywhere. Buffet breakfast everything cold. Cold scrambled eggs. Not room temp. Cold. Left key after day 1for cleaning crew (why they didn't have key?) then when I returned, took 20 minutes to find a key to my room. No one concerned "
