"The desk man was lovely and helpful. The room smelled strongly of cigars and with the exception of the sheets, which were clean, nothing else in the room was clean. Really gross in fact. "

"The room could use an update. Flooring was on rough shape as was the bed frame."

"Hotel was OK but could be better. Staff was not very helpful or friendly. Breakfast was terrible. Parking was great but be prepared to haul your luggage a significant distance. There were 5 or 6 groups waiting to check in since they would not check anyone in before 3:30. They made no announcement when they were ready to check people in, just checked in the next group that walked through the door, leaving those who were waiting quite surprised and a little upset. Overall nice idea but poor execution. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"My room had holes in the curtains.I had to go to the attendant to get needles and safety pins to pin my curtains shut because they were broken. There were also holes in the curtains.Therefore , I did not consider it blackout curtains I couldn't believe the ratings on hotel.Dot com , after I seen this and had to deal with it. Other than that my stay was great."

"Everythig was excellent but due to some large construction vehicles parked in the parking lot, there was no parking space left for us other than a couple EV parking spaces when we arrived around 10pm."
