"The staff was excellent and the room was very nice and clean. "

"The room was comfortable and clean, has working ac/heat, tv, and charging ports and check in was easy. The staff was helpful when I had a problem with my room card as when I went to swipe it, it didn't let me in, so I went to the lobby and they fixed the issue immediately and my card worked again. They have a free breakfast as well which was nice."

"Very nice place to stay! Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Great free breakfast! If ever back in this area we will stay again. Very pleased!!"

"Customer service was very good, and it's a great hotel. The only issue was the power outage and emergency evacuation. My husband is elderly, and he had a lot of trouble making it outdoors in the dark stairwell, with people pushing, etc. He had a few bumps and bruises. Then we stood outside in the very cold weather and no announcement was made on when to come back in. I think staff did their best in a difficult situation, but it seemed like confusion and lack of coordination on what exactly to do -- including how to gain entry into our room again with our key. Again, appreciate the staff trying to do what they could. "
