Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a good quiet place to stay in SW Rocks. Clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Will return.

Location was the best part

Great location, very close drive to everything. However the house was just a bit too damp and smelly. Basics like hand soap and dish liquid should be provided, especially as you're expected to have washed your dishes when you checkout. The cleaner had obviously cleaned, and nice fresh linen but there are things like the soft furnishings that were very grubby.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, well equipped, comfortable, good proximity to town/beach. Elders were efficient in sorting out a TV issue. Only thing that may be beneficial would be wifi for guests who need to also do some online work whilst away as poor mobile reception in the immediate area. Will be back, South West Rocks is great!
